Your role

Digital Marketing Manager closely work with clients to develop, guide, and operate their digital business strategies.
At Bold+Beyond, you will collaborate across multiple client projects, acting as an analytical leader and a digital media marketer. You will closely work with clients to examine client and syndicated data to develop insights around traffic acquisition, conversion and ROI.


  • Manage digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules.
  • Manage the marketing campaign calendar, identifying cadence to drive new, high-potential campaigns and optimizing our marketing mix
  • Brainstorm new and creative digital marketing strategies.
  • Provide quality assurance for all digital marketing department work.
  • Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, etc.).
  • Continuously monitor new developments in digital marketing and social media and proactively make recommendations for implementation of new programs and best practices.
  • Monitor CAC, ROI and KPIs for all digital marketing campaigns, proactively making recommendations to improve programs, processes, and results.

Content Strategy

  • Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target audience.
  • Manage the content publishing calendar, identifying cadence to drive traffic and create conversion.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).
  • Monitor ROI and KPIs, and build report on campaigns ensuring recommendations.

Email Marketing

  • Manage the email marketing campaign calendar, identifying cadence to drive traffic and build retention.
  • Create, curate, manage and optimize all email marketing content.
  • Monitor CAC, ROI and KPIs, and build report on campaigns ensuring recommendations.


Social Media

  • Develop relevant content strategies to reach the companies’ target audience on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Linkedin…)
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers and directors to create relevant content.
  • Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and conversions.
  • Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
  • Monitor CAC, ROI and KPIs, and build report on campaigns ensuring recommendations.

Paid Media

  • Lead the execution of campaigns for multiple brands aimed at driving customer acquisition.
  • Create, manage, analyze, optimize and report on campaigns including SEM and PPC (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Yelp…)
  • Determine and execute testing methodologies and reporting requirements to support paid advertising channels.
