Artur is a next-generation AI-powered financial platform designed to democratize wealth-building by simplifying savings and investment for a broad audience. Launching a FinTech presents significant challenges: a complex regulatory environment, a highly competitive market with an average Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) of $550, and a skeptical audience cautious about financial trust and digital tools.
The goal was to launch Artur rapidly and achieve product-market fit by building a scalable growth framework, while simultaneously developing, testing, and scaling the right features to position the product for sustainable long-term success.
To drive awareness and build momentum, we launched a high-volume Paid Social strategy anchored in a freemium onboarding model. We developed 50 granular personas based on income, industry, behavior, digital affinity, and investment mindset—enabling highly targeted messaging. Over 400 micro-campaigns and tailored landing pages addressed key pain points like complexity, risk, trust, and performance. By focusing on soft conversions, we scaled the top of the funnel while reducing CPL to $1.32 and achieving an $81 CAC.
