Pathstone is a private equity-backed wealth management serving multigenerational families with complex needs, single-family offices, and private foundations. At the beginning of our partnership,  the firm had $5B in assets under advisement and was planning a large acquisition strategy. 

Objective

The goal was to accelerate Pathstone’s organic growth, building a robust and scalable framework to position its businesses for long-term success by developing a sustainable strategy for gaining consistent, qualified leads.

Strategy

To gain visibility for Pathstone, we developed a robust content strategy supported by paid campaigns targeting its key demographic, creating and disseminating marketing content that leveraged its unique positioning and expertise.
  1. 1. Content Strategy:

    To spread awareness and collect qualified leads, our content strategy focused on the company’s core expertise with clear messaging, service specificities, market reports, and industry trends. This included insights, videos, and alternative content that required visitors’ email, such as White Papers, Webinars, Studies, and Track Records.
  2. 2. AdWords and LinkedIn Campaign:

    We launched Paid Search campaigns to boost Pathstone's visibility and accelerate lead generation, testing a variety of messaging and optimizing to lower the CPL. To leverage the visibility of our content and boost their qualified lead collection, we accelerated their LinkedIn presence.
  3. 3. Quiz Qualification & CRM Process:

    To manage the collected leads, we implemented a quiz with the double objective of qualifying potential clients according to relevant services and AUM balance, redirecting them to the right person and location. This allowed us to build a robust process which was easily scalable.
